The DEF CON Artwork contest is back! Entries must be received by April 10th, 2014, so get a move on, kid!

Objective:

To create an ubertastic piece of art that oozes the essence of this year's theme, "Behind the Curtain". Think about stripping off the facade of our corporate and political overlords, to reveal what lurks behind the scenes. A prime example of inspiration for this theme would be the 1988 cinematic gem, "They Live", not to mention, "The Manchurian Candidate", "V", or even "The Wizard of Oz". Ponder subliminal mind control and hidden messages, but don't get hung up on the negatives, consider how your hacker comrades might communicate in secret in a dystopian space, banding together to overcome the Orwellian landscape. Make up a slogan to go with your design, something subtle and clever, that will have people who "get it" laughing or scratching their heads because they never thought in quite that way.

As always, keep it hacker and apply the related disciplines to your piece, such as privacy, anonymity, tech, locksport, robotics, social engineering, hardware hacking, etc. Make your design something you yourself would be proud to wear.
